According to National Grid, there are 13,832 electric customers in Barrington, Warren and Bristol without power as of 7:03 PM on Monday. We are aware of Full Channel service interruptions throughout the area as a result of these power outages. At this time, National Grid has not provided a timeline for restoration of power in our area. See the National Grid Outage Map for the latest updates on power restoration.

Full Channel is working closely with National Grid. We expect that internet, TV and phone services will be restored in many areas once National Grid is able to restore electricity.

The Full Channel network is designed with battery backups; however, longer-term power outages like this one may cause some Full Channel services to stop working. If you have power at your location – either from a generator or National Grid – but are without Full Channel services, it is possible that a portion of Full Channel’s network delivering services to you is in an area without power.

The safety of our customers and our staff is our number-one priority. As a reminder, NEVER touch ANY downed utility wires and assume that all wires are energized and dangerous.

Thanks for your patience as we work safely to maintain communications services here in the East Bay.
